Areas of Practice:
Tine Kramer Enderlein works primareily with insolvency law, especially regarding bankruptcy and reorganisation.
Tine is experienced in the insolvency proceedings of real-estate companies, including rental and general real estate management.
During the latest years, Tine has handled a large number of bankruptcy estates within the farming industry.
Therefore, Tine has a wide experience in practice with farms in bankruptcy, including the handling of special problems regarding the mortgagees connected herewith as well as the handling of the running of the farm during the bankruptcy.
In connection herewith Tine has accrued a special knowledge of the rules, which regulates the farming industry with regards to environment, animal welfare and hectare support. Consequently, she continuously revises and keeps herself updated regarding the special system of subsidies, which is administered by the Danish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and food.
Tine has been in charge of several transfers of both commercial properties and agricultural properties and in connection herewith, she has also handled transfers with the status of business transfer.
Tine has a businesslike approach to the cases, and she uses her special knowledge to illustrate both the strengths and weaknesses of a property as well as the company’s possibilities of development in order to optimize a transfer.
Tine has a Master of Law from the University of Århus from 2003, and he was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2009.
