Mark Søtrup works primarily with insolvency law, especially regarding bankruptcy and reorganisation as well as legal matters within the agricultural business including generational succession, transfer and ownership within the agricultural business.
Mark is the advisor of several larger real estate companies and banks in connection with companies in distress.
Through his work within the insolvency law, he has obtained a large theoretical and practical experience, and he has handled a large number of bankruptcy estates within all lines of business.
During the latest years Mark has worked with a significant number of insolvent farms, and based on this work he has obtained a lot of experience regarding both maintenance of the activities of the company as well as completion of business transfer of either the total company in distress or parts hereof.
Mark also has a significant knowledge regarding special credit and lien relations and advises clients on establishment, protection and enforcement of all types of mortgagee rights.
Mark considers it very important to give businesswise relevant advise with the focus on value creation.

Mark graduated from Aarhus University in 2011 and was admitted to the bar in 2014.
