Frans offers advice on issues of commercial law.
He focuses his advice on providing up-to-date information and creating value for the client.
Frans has specialised in company transfers, business successions and finance law.
He continuously updates his professional knowledge and has, inter alia, studied at the London School of Economics.
He has advised on several large transfers and public issues.
Furthermore, Frans has specialised in legal matters relating to ports and harbours and advises a number of ports and harbours in relation to harbour legislation and on their organisational structure and business opportunities.
Finally, Frans advises generally on corporate matters and restructurings, shareholders’ agreements and contracts; he also conducts litigation relating to commercial disputes.
