Since her admission to practice in 2004, Corna Levin Munch has exclusively worked with the insolvency law - especially bankruptcy and reorganisation.
Corna has a close co-operation with several major real estate companies and banks, which she advises regarding companies in distress.
Through her work within the insolvency law, she has obtained a large theoretical and practical experience, and she has handled a large number of bankruptcy estates within all lines of business.
Corna has a commercial and sales oriented approach to the cases, and she has a high level of IT and project management tools available – all in order to create a highly specialised and streamlined case handling.
During the latest years Corna has also worked with a large number of bankruptcy cases in the agricultural business – all of significant sizes.
Therefore, she has great expertise regarding the handling of insolvent farms, including the handling of the special problems regarding mortgage, which are often connected with the insolvency as well as the handling of an operating bankruptcy estate.
Furthermore, Corna is strongly positioned regarding the administration of and the transfer of business properties and agricultural properties, including environmental evaluations and other relations regarding the business transfer, which the sale of a farm often is.
Corna has a Master of Law from the University of Århus from 2001, and she was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2004..
